Back to Basics

I was static for a while when I received a note from London Business School intimating my admission in one year full time Sloan fellowship in Leadership and Strategy. In this state of exultation, I was mentally sure that my aspiration to take an academic break at midpoint of my career also has some challenges. Somehow my happiness to make to the world’s 4th ranked B school was head on with various financial and emotional snags. I am indebted to my parents, wife, children and other members of the family whose formidable support not only helped me to overcome roadblocks but also ushered me to sign in for this opportunity.

Year 2014 is assigned to learning, honing my leadership skills, networking and massive amount of fun with friends from varied industries, functions and global geographies. I am sure that forthcoming year would be demanding and full of surprises, and this is why I am eagerly waiting for the excitement.

And I am humbled to express my gratitude to Manoj and Ankit, my colleagues from HSBC, who outstandingly contributed and supported in conceptualizing, designing and maintaining this blog. Thank you so much !
